Conference recordings 

Each session of our in-person conferences was recorded and is accessible via this site.  Please browse our Catalog to find sessions related to any conference we've hosted.

How do I access or purchase a session recording? 

You must login or create an account before you are able to register or purchase a recording.

I can't remember my password, what can I do? 

You can reset your password at anytime using the Forgot Password link.

What kind of equipment do I need? 

All you need is a computer with an Internet connection (high speed service such as DSL or cable works best) or smart phone with a strong Wi-Fi connection, and speakers. You may also use a headset instead of speakers.

Can I get a copy of the PowerPoint slides used in the session? 

If a slide deck is available for a presentation, it can be found on the "Handouts" tab for the presentation. On occasion, speakers will ask that we not share their presentations due to business reasons or intellectual rights. Information on any Speaker Disclosures can be found on the "Speakers" tab for the presentation.

How can I get information about current and future Conference Events? 

Future confrences are posted on the Conferences and Events page. They are posted a month prior and are also announced via emails to our members.

Can I earn CEUs for attending the webinar or watching in the on-demand library? 

Yes, for most recording, you may earn 1 CEU for watching a recorded session. All eligible sessions require the completion of an evaluation before earning a certificate/credit.

Do you keep track of the CEUs for me? 

Yes. Your full Transcript of any CEUs you have earned, can be found and accessed on the My Dashboard page once you are logged in. Here you also have the ability to re-print any certificates you would like to.

How do I find a specific session I heard about? 

Use the filter/sort options found in the Catalog.  Also, to refine your search, enter a keyword in the “search” box, and hit enter. This will pull up all recordings with that keyword. 

I don’t have time to watch a recording in one sitting. What should I do?  

The Conference365 site holds your place in the video, so you will return to the same place you left off when you return. You can always rewind the video, if you need a refresher.
